YAN asks leaders, cadres to help govt fight against COVID-19

30 March, Kathmandu : Youth Association Nepal, youth wing of ruling Nepal Communist Party, has issued a circular asking its members to support the government’s to fight COVID-19.

“We should join the force against the infection from where we are at present. We should fight it and ease the situation in cooperation with the local government and administration,” the circular urged the Association leaders and cadres. The notice was issued on Monday jointly by the Association’s coordinator Ram Prasad Sapkota ‘Dipshikha’ and co-coordinator Ramesh Poudel.

The leaders and cadres have also been asked to create awareness against the infection, help enforce lockdown and help people returning home from outside be self-quarantined. Besides, they have been urged to help the local government distribute relief package announced by the government to daily wagers affected by lockdown.
