Lightning kills two women, one injured

25 June Hetauda : Two women died here after they were hit by lightning coupled with incessant rainfall today. The dead are Samjhana Ghising, 17, and Bina Ghising, 25, from Makwanpur Bakaiya Rural Municipality-2, police said. Samjhana died on the spot while Bina breathed her last while receiving treatment at Dovan Health Post, according to District Police Office, Makwanpur.
Similarly, Kiran Jumba, 14, from the same locality was injured in the lightning. He has been receiving treatment at a local health post.
