Nepal Covid-19 tally crosses 13,000

29 June, Kathmandu : The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 13,248 as of Monday afternoon.

In his daily press briefing in Kathmandu, the ministry’s spokesperson Jageshwor Gautam said 476 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.

Of total cases, 3,134 people have achieved recovery whereas 29 died, according to him. In the past 24 hours, 121 people were discharged and one person died of Covid-19.

The disease has spread across all 77 districts of the country. In various parts of the country, around 58,000 have been quarantined waiting to be tested.
