Preparations for the upcoming Nepali Congress General Assembly have begun slowly. The distribution of active membership is slowly moving forward. Gradually, ward, village, town, region, district and state sessions are being held. The current organizational activities of the Nepali Congress do not seem to be very active. Only the General Assembly can be a proper and reliable platform for the leadership level, which has been burdened by the heavy burden for the last 30 years. It also lays the groundwork for the gradual transfer of leadership from the old generation to the new generation.

The general convention of the party is the right and reliable time for the party to give a proper place to millions of youths in the country. What kind of country will Nepal be when studying the situation of the next few decades with the alarming exodus of Nepalis? It seems that even the political parties need to hold discussions and debates now. The future of the entire Congress cannot be ensured by the Mechi Mahakali rhetoric and speeches made by a few leaders. It needs to instill confidence that the Nepali Congress Party can remain strong, courageous and the center of trust of the common people from the local level.

The political ideas and principles of the Nepali Congress since its inception are now slowly eroding. The Nepali people have repeatedly loved the political party established with the aim of establishing democracy, political freedom and economic freedom. Freedom of speech and development of the country as a whole. However, some of the political developments in the country have continued to weaken the Nepali Congress or to attack the Congress politically. Many Nepali Congress workers and well-wishers are deeply saddened by the failure of the Congress leaders to address the issue of making the country secular and interfering in Hinduism.

Within the Nepali Congress, it seems necessary to create an environment in which people with family heritage and ideas of political integrity and fairness can be brought to the leadership level, instead of considering white mosquitoes as leaders who have never been able to eat or have been hungry for years. Who do all the activists trust, what and on what basis do they vote ?? This may be the topic of tomorrow. But there are also plenty of people who regret their hasty decisions. It is necessary to have a wide debate within the party on such issues. The best alternative to politics is Dr. Shekhar Koirala, who has created a high political image among the common workers.

The leadership is of the view that Shekhar Koirala can also be right in the current situation. This, too, may prove to be helpful to the Congress in the current situation. The declining leadership of the party, however, is not in a position to handle the incoming leadership. For a clean, cohesive political transformation from the politics of rumors and crowds, it is necessary to consider the current leadership selection line. After licking a few fingers, even the ones who followed were now led by Dr. Koirala. It is necessary to come to the side of Shekhar Koirala. Otherwise, it may be possible to carry a one-star piano instead of a four-star flag.

At a time when corruption and anti-people activities are on the rise, it has become imperative for the current young generation of the Nepali Congress, academically and intellectually gifted scholars, to engage in a wide-ranging debate on doctrinal debate and future course of action.

As some promising young generation within the Nepali Congress is also in the throes of factionalism, it cannot strengthen the organizational unity of the Congress as a whole. Even yesterday’s mature leadership cannot provide energy to the current Nepali Congress. Therefore, in the coming General Assembly, it is necessary to bring such intellectuals in the leadership who have plundered the country, trapped the employees in the swamp of commissions, inserted commissions in development works, put the plan to be completed in 2 years for 10 years, and sidelined the leaders.

Is any leader still angry when he speaks? Is it possible to cut the part of the hand that falls on the hand somewhere?? Is it possible not to get a ticket in the election?? Will my son’s visa to the US be stopped? It is impossible for the country to get the right leadership and the country to get the right way out.

It is now necessary to protect the Nepali Congress from those who do not have to risk the party’s ideology and views only for the sake of their wives, mothers-in-law, in-laws and their relatives. From the next General Assembly, it is necessary for the leaders who have been in the leadership level for 30 years to rest. Some promising youths now need to take over the leadership of the Nepali Congress. It is necessary for the leaders and cadres of the entire Nepali Congress to give up the idea of infiltrating Singha Durbar to the people called by Aryaghat. Doing so will certainly cause some pain, sorrow, pain, restlessness, and numbness in the old leadership line.

Anyway, let it happen. It makes no difference to the whole party line. Now, the Nepali Congress must have the courage, bravery and courage to change the food and porches of the houses. I think the upcoming 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress will give this courage, bravery and courage. This will give a new lease of life to many frustrated Nepali Congress supporters.
