SC orders not to blacklist OMNI

28 Sept, Kathmandu : The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order not to implement the Public Procurement Monitoring Office’s decision to blacklist OBCI Private Limited (OMNI).

A single bench of Justice Purushottam Bhandari handed down the interim order on Monday to remain in effect until October 8. The SC has summoned both the sides on the same day for discussion.
