Recommendation to end the National Assembly session
Kathmandu. A recent meeting of the Council of Ministers has decided to recommend to the President to end the current sitting of the National Assembly from 12 noon tonight.
Government spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung has given information about this. The government had convened a session of the National Assembly on December 3 this year.
A source in the Parliament Secretariat said that the session was adjourned as the government did not provide any business for the National Assembly as the House of Representatives had been dissolved. At present, Prime Minister KP Oli is addressing the National Assembly.
