NEPSE index touches all time high 2,820 points

Kathmandu : The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index on Sunday reached all time high 2,820 points, said the NPESE. The point increment is by 32.81 points against that recorded in the last trading day. Likewise, the sensitive index increased 8.23 points to stand at 507.20 points. The volume of total transactions stood at around Rs 12 billion.

Over 25 million units of shares of the total 220 companies were traded at Rs 11.6 billion. The share price of Sangrila Development Bank increased 9.93 points while United IDI Mardi Hydropower 9.93, Kalika Power Company 9.86, Best Finance Company 9.85, Goodwill Finance 9.85, Saptakoshi Development Bank 9.84 and Barun Hydropower 9.84.

Likewise, Ruru Hydropower Project, which continuously touched the circuit level in the past, fell 3.73 points, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sansthan 3.68, Gurans Laghubitta 2.37 and Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta 2.17.
