PM Oli slated to inaugurate academic session of MBAHS

Bagmati : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the academic session of the Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences (MBAHS) on Monday.

The inaugural session will take place through a video conference amid a function to be chaired by Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Dormani Poudel on the occasion of the 70th birth anniversary of people’s leader Madan Bhandari, said the Academy.

The Academy last month received license to run classes up to Bachelor’s Level. The Academy will conduct classes on public health, pharmacy and medical lab technology from this academic year, said the Academy’s Registrar Rajesh Prasain.

It has allocated 20 seats in public health, 30 in pharmacy and 30 in medical lab technology. Established on September 19, 2019, the Academy’s central office is located in Hetauda, Makawanpur.
