Morocco’s Ambassador To Nepal Maliki Calls On Vice President Pun
Kathmandu : Mohamed Maliki, ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Nepal, today paid a courtesy call on Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun. During the meeting took place at the Office of Vice President, matters relating to bilateral relations and cooperation were discussed. On the occasion, the Vice President insisted the scale of mutual assistance and cooperation between the two countries should be further taken up by extending the bilateral relations to the people’s level, according to Vice President’s press coordinator Manoj Gharti Magar.
Stating that Nepal had found a way towards development and prosperity following the achievement of political stability, he called on Morocco to invest in Nepal. Nepal and Morocco enjoy the completion of 44 years of the establishment of formal ties. The Moroccan ambassador calling Nepal as a good friend of Morocco, pledged assistance and cooperation in Nepal’s vivid areas including agriculture. “Nepal’s agriculture is in the priority of Morocco,” the ambassador said. rss
