Minister for Youth and Sports Jagat Bahadur Bishwakarma has attached topmost priority for the construction and upgradation of the road and other physical infrastructures, including irrigation facility, while allocating budget for Kaski constituency 3 in Kaski district.

Bishwakarma was elected to the House of Representatives from the same constituency representing Nepal Communist Party in the 2017’s election. Minister Bishwakarma, under the Local Physical Infrastructure Development Partnership Programme, allocated Rs 10.5 million for 10 projects in Pokhara.

The Minister allocated Metropolitan City and Rs 20.25 million for 10 projects for Annapurna rural municipality and 11 for Machapuchhre rural municipality out of Rs 60 million allocated for his constituency for the current fiscal year 2019/20.

Besides constructing and upgrading the roads and other development projects, he shared that he had prioritized building sport grounds in various schools in his constituency such as Pragatishil Secondary School and Abhiman Memorial School.
