This movement has aesthetic and symbolic value, and is acknowledged as dance by performers and observers within a particular culture. Dance can be categorized and described by its choreography, by its repertoire of movements, or by its historical period or place of origin.

No, dancing is not for limited individuals. Every interested one can dance and present his/her skills. Actually, dancing doesn’t require professionalism. One who is seeking to dance can practice it as it has many health and other benefits. Dancing keeps a person physically fit and mentally alert.
