Minister Karki kept in home isolation

Biratnagar : Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of State 1 Hikmat Kumar Karki has been confined himself to home isolation after the detection of COVID-19 infection in Minister for Internal Affairs Gyanendra Yadav.

Minister Karki had joined Yadav to the discussions relating to police management at state level held in the federal capital in Kathmandu some days ago. Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of all the seven states had attended the dialogue.

Meanwhile, Minister Karki has urged all who had come in contact with him to get themselves tested, said Minister Karki’s personal secretary Kamal Poudel. Preparations were underway to test swabs of all employees at the residence of Minister Karki, he said.
