TU halts all services for two weeks

Kathmandu : Tribhuvan University has decided to shut down all its constituted and affiliated campuses for two weeks in view of coronavirus risk.

According to TU Information and Public Information Division Chief Surya Prasad Adhikari, all kinds of service including online services and classes are postponed for two weeks realizing a rising threat of the corona virus pandemic of late in the country.

With this, TU will remain closed till August 31 from Monday. He, however, informed that the hospitals under the Tribhuvan University will run their service following the health protocol adopted by the Ministry of Health and Population.
