Covid-19 Infected Person Dies in Hetauda

4 Sept, Kathmandu : A 52-year-old COVID-19 infected woman from Hetauda succumbed to the infection here Friday. The woman who hails from Ward no 11 of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City in Makawanpur district died in course of treatment at Bharatpur-based Chitwan Medical College.

She was admitted in the hospital on August 26 after she developed pneumonia. The woman was confirmed to have contracted the flu-like infection the next day. She died while undergoing treatment at ICU of the hospital. With this, the number of people dying due to the deadly infection has reached seven in Hetauda.
