Interim order against Gautam’s nomination

23 Sept, Kathmandu : The Supreme Court has issued an interim order, to stop Vice-chair of ruling Nepal Communist Party Bamdev Gautam from serving as a member of the National Assembly.  The order to this end was handed down today by a single bench of Judge Ananda Mohan Bhattarai.
